Rivington Amenity & Pool Opening Celebration

To celebrate the highly anticipated amenity and pool opening, Debary new home community Rivington hosted a day of poolside fun!

It was a rainy day, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a southern style brunch for our VIP Realtors™ beneath the brand new, covered pavilion. Guests enjoyed mimosas, baked goods, and other delicious breakfast items. One lucky realtor even won a spa gift card to the Ritz-Carlton!

A poolside picnic for the public including residents followed that afternoon with grilled burgers, hot dogs, brats, cole slaw, potato salad and all the condiments! To satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth, fresh baked cookies, an ice cream sundae bar and colorful sno-cones were available. People loved touring the brand new home model from M/I Homes and sampling artisan cold brew coffee and tea from Cups and Pups Coffee. One family won a free photo session with Upon a Dream Photography!

Those attending the events had the opportunity to meet our fantastic builders, tour model homes, and experience Rivington’s well-appointed amenities first-hand! The community boasts an indoor/outdoor pavilion, pool, playground, lots of neighborhood green space, and plenty of trails and walking paths.
